First, our staff is trained in the areas of behavior modification, pet first aid, and is required to attend on going education to better their ability to handle your dog in adverse situations that may arise.

For example, dog approaching at the dog park, leash aggression, leader of the pack problems, etc. Second, we have consulted with some of the most established dog handlers in the state so that you can rest assured that should a possible problem occur while we are walking your dog we can properly handle it. Third, we use equipment that most services do not. We provide color coded leashes and specific collars for each dog we care for to create yet another layer of safety when handling them on city sidewalks. As you can see, we pride ourselves on being more than just dog walkers. We understand the love that you have for your dog, and respect the accountability we must take when helping you care for them.

At the PREPPY PUPPY, we feel as though we are an extension of our client’s family, like aunts and uncles to your pet. We feel very strongly about the safety of our client’s pets and homes.
